The recent influx in cyclists means a greater need to keep them protected, which the 'VizorX' helmet face shield looks to do in an innovative way. Rather than being a standalone helmet with a face protector, the 'VizorX' is designed to be installed onto existing helmets.

When installed, the 'VizorX' shield will provide comprehensive facial protection from dust, dirt, debris, UV rays and cold temperatures. The anti-fog and anti-scratch coating on the 'VizorX' enables it to be used without worries that vision will be impaired during rides.

With riders worldwide looking to their bicycle as a main form of transportation, comprehensive protection like what the 'VizorX' offers will likely increase in demand.

The 'VizorX' helmet face shield is currently funding on Kickstarter where a pledge of $39 will reserve a unit when the product goes live.
