The Extra Refreshers Strawberry Lemon chewing gum is the newest flavor being added to the Mars Wrigley product portfolio in the UK that's formulated with candy fans in mind to draw in curious consumers.

The chewing gum features a sugar-free formula that's packed with fruit flavor to make it a truly refreshing option for consumers to use as a treat or way to freshen up their breath. The gum combines the flavors of strawberry with lemon as a remix to the traditional berry flavor profile and could be likened to strawberry lemonade amongst shoppers this summertime.

Senior Brand Manager Hannah Lee commented in the process behind the Extra Refreshers Strawberry Lemon chewing gum saying, "New shoppers account for more than 80% of fruit gum growth and at present, fruit gum is growing faster than mint, with 23% growth year on year. The launch of Strawberry Lemon Refreshers is a response to this rapid growth, combining two flavour favourites for a taste of something new."
