# Superhero Reptiles Was Marvel's Spiderman; Inspired by Kenya's Rock Agama Lizard? These red and blue lizards bare a striking resemblance to our childhood superhero, Spiderman. They can run around on their hind legs and scale walls exactly like our comic book friend. If handled regularly and with care, the rock agama is known to make a very docile pet; however, specialized equipment is required to maintain their temperature. Its exotic diet consists of locusts, crickets, mealworms and waxworms. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Pet Reptiles:** Opportunity for pet industry to create specialized tools and equipment for maintaining the unique needs of rock agamas and other exotic reptiles. - **Superhero-themed Pets:** Potential market for pet owners seeking unique and eye-catching pets inspired by popular superhero characters like Spiderman. - **Exotic Pet Diets:** Opportunity for companies to innovate and produce specialized food products tailored to the dietary needs of exotic pets like rock agamas. ### Where This Applies - **Pet Industry:** Opportunity for pet supply stores, manufacturers, and services to cater to the demand for specialized reptile products and care. - **Entertainment Industry:** Chance for entertainment companies and creators to develop superhero-themed pet products and merchandise. - **Exotic Pet Food Industry:** Opportunity for companies specializing in exotic pet food to expand their product offerings and cater to the dietary needs of unique pets. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Superhero-Themed Clogs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spiderman-x-crocs.md) - [3D Superhero Block-Puzzle Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/amazing-spiderman-set.md) - [Size-Scaled Block Puzzle Retiles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/legotruman.md) - [Snack-Branded Wildlife Species](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pringles-spider.md) - [Meme-Themed Cartoon Figures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spider-man-no-way-home.md) - [Superhero-Themed Cereal Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cinnamon-toast-crunch-1.md) - [Arachnid Superhero Tech Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casetify-x-marvel-spiderman-collection.md) - [Washable Superhero Rugs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superhero-rugs.md) - [Superhero Movie-Themed PCs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zotac.md)
