The gin is achieved with the brand's Distilled Gin that has been distilled with [citrus peels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-drinks-etsu-gin) in order to achieve flavor notes of pomelo, kumquat, mandarin, Persian lime and additional citrus flavors. The spirit is best service over ice with a high-quality tonic water, garnished with some fresh orange and a basil sprig.

Co-Owner of Hayman's Gin James Hayman spoke on the new Hayman's Exotic Citrus Gin saying, "As the first London gin distilling family to include citrus as a key botanical, we are simply adding a delicious exotic citrus flavour to our style of gin. The additional flavour is naturally distilled from botanicals.”
