# Customized Dancing Holiday Robots Exobotics By Bianca | Published 2007-12-22 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/exobotics References: [exopolis](http://www.exopolis.com/holiday/2007/) To appease your inner nerd, head on over to the dancing holiday robot factory to customize your own groovin' creation. Inside the Exobotics factory, select a head, torso, arms and legs from the conveyor belt. The coloured heart you select corresponds with a sound, so depending on the hue, you might get Mr. Roboto or a little something funky from Daft Punk. Next, your 'bot has the entire screen to shake its electronic derrière. Wherever you move your cursor, it will follow. You control the dance moves by punching in numbers from 0-9, creating a unique algorithm to dictate his moves. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 11% | Activity: 40% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Customization](https://www.trendhunter.com/customization) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Customized Dancing Robots:** Create personalized dancing robots with customizable features and dance moves. - **Interactive Robot Customization:** Engage customers in the customization process of their own dancing robots. - **Algorithm-driven Dance Moves:** Use unique algorithms to dictate the dance moves of customized robots. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Robotics:** Deploy advanced customization technology to create personalized dancing robots. - **Entertainment:** Enhance customer experience by allowing them to customize and interact with dancing robots. - **Technology:** Incorporate algorithm-driven dance moves to push the boundaries of robot programming. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Programmable Robot Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mini-robots.md) - [Festive Humanoid Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hmnd-01.md) - [Engaging Musical Humanoid Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toy-robot-concept.md) - [Quirky AI Holiday Projects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-very-ai-yule-log.md) - [Beatboxing Robot Dogs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dj-beat-boxer.md) - [Interactive Bloclk Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dancing-hula-girl.md) - [Motion Control Combat Robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ganker-ex-pro.md) - [Finger-Focused Dancing Video Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orb-finger-dance-machine.md) - [AI-Generated Festive Greetings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/messages-from-santa.md)
