# Detachable Sectioned Cameras The EXILIM EX-FR10 by Casio Comes in Two Parts By Jamie Danielle Munro | Published 2014-08-27 | Tech Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/exilim-exfr10 References: [designboom](http://www.designboom.com/technology/casio-megapixel-exilim-split-camera-designboom-08-27-2014/) & [casio-intl](http://www.casio-intl.com/asia-mea/en/) The EXILIM EX-FR10 by Casio is a camera that can be separated into two parts for more variety in terms of angles and shots. With this setup, people can easily rest the camera-taking section against a wall, then get together with a group and take a photo. Because they are able to carry the section with the display screen, it's easy to see whether or not everyone is in the shot. While self-timers on camera do work, it's hard to know if the person doing the setup can still fit in the picture. The EXILIM EX-FR10 helps to solve this issue. Other types of shots made easier are the selfie or even tricky captures from heights. By holding out one's hand, they can grab footage from the top of a cliff!
