What could have been a gaudy gold leaf treatment is instead a subtly luxurious piece of furniture. I think that has much to do with its elegant yet [minimalist shape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mute-lamp). Designed by Masiero, the Eva gold lamp comes in two versions: a [floor lamp](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/corium-standing-floor-lamp) and pendant lighting. The lamp isn't made out of gold; its wood frame is painted gold. It is also available in silver, black, white, orange and red finishes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 51% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Luxury-home-decor:** Creating luxury home decor products that provide a subtle touch of luxury in a minimalist design. - **Subtle-gold-finish:** Innovating ways to incorporate a subtle gold finish into home decor products that provide an elegant aesthetic. - **Multi-functional-lighting:** Designing multi-functional lighting products that can be used as both a floor lamp and pendant lighting for versatility in home decor. ### Where This Applies - **Home-decor-industry:** The home decor industry can benefit from innovating luxury products that offer a minimalist design. - **Lighting-industry:** The lighting industry can explore ways to incorporate subtle luxury finishes in their products to create elegant aesthetics. - **Furniture-industry:** The furniture industry can look into creating multi-functional products that can be used for different functions such as floor lamps and pendant lighting. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Luxurious Futuristic Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/futuristic-table-lamp.md) - [Classic Cordless Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poldina-classic-lamp.md) - [Elegant Metal Perforated Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foreshadow-table-lamp.md) - [Retro-Tinged Compact Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lari-mini.md) - [Elegant Compact Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-table-light.md) - [Sculptural Bronze Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flor-de-bronce.md) - [Scenic Architecture Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/architecture-inspired-table-lamp.md) - [Sculptural Desk Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leda.md) - [Sculptural Wooden Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arc-lamp.md)
