The home features a concrete perforated block that acts as a faux forest bed where shoots of bamboo can grow to create a miniature woodland inside an abode. The lush and thickly cultivated grouping of plants can also be used to create spacial divisions in small spaces. The indoor forest utilizes a [small and slender planter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balconyfarm-planter) that features closely placed punctured holes. It is through these holes that [bamboo shoots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/amazon-rainforest-pavilion) can be cultivated to grow tall and freely, giving the illusion of a tightly packed forest while still indoors. The planter renders the garden mobile and easy to move from one area to the next. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.9/10 - Popularity: 100% | Activity: 98% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Vertical Gardens:** Using vertical gardens in indoor spaces to bring nature indoors and create spacial divisions. - **Bamboo Cultivation:** Utilizing bamboo shoots to create a miniature woodland inside an abode. - **Mobile Indoor Gardens:** Creating portable and movable indoor gardens using small and slender planters. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** Providing vertical garden solutions for interior spaces to enhance home aesthetics and promote wellness. - **Gardening Supplies:** Producing specialized planters and tools for cultivating bamboo shoots and other plants in indoor environments. - **Interior Design:** Incorporating the concept of vertical gardens as a unique and visually appealing element in interior design projects. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Indoor Air Quality-Improving Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elpo-indoor-vertical-garden.md) - [Furniture-Inspired Indoor Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/indoor-garden-system.md) - [Minimalist Indoor Gardening Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balconyfarm-pot.md) - [Building Block Gardening Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-planterior.md) - [Natural Moss Terrariums](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/petite-foret-plus.md) - [Gardening Furniture Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/verda-garden.md) - [Artsy Hanging Plants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-air-plant-mobile.md) - [Mini Mess-Free Garden Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hydroponics-garden.md) - [Skylit Belgian Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/he-winter-garden.md)
