# Lively Sheet Music People Too's Etude 6 Illustration Series is Colorful and Cute By Meghan Young | Published 2011-01-26 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/etude-6 References: [behance.net](http://www.behance.net/gallery/Etude-6/727592) & [peopletoo.ru](http://peopletoo.ru) Sheet music can be rather lively, but I don't think I've ever come across one so lively as the Etude 6 illustration series. Considering that it's more populated than a normal score would be, I guess I shouldn't be so surprised. Created by People Too, the Etude 6 illustration series features a slew of scenarios in between the [notes and lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chrono-piano) of traditional [sheet music](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kawai-pianos). Colorful and cute, the drawings themselves have a French flair. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 42% | Activity: 13% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Illustration in Sheet Music:** The use of illustrations in sheet music opens up new creative possibilities for musicians and composers. - **Populated Sheet Music:** Adding characters and scenarios to sheet music provides a more engaging and immersive experience for performers and audiences alike. - **French-inspired Sheet Music:** Incorporating French flair into sheet music designs adds a touch of elegance and charm to the musical experience. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Music Education:** Integrating illustrations in sheet music can enhance music education by making it more visually appealing and interactive for students. - **Publishing and Printing:** The demand for sheet music with illustrations opens up opportunities for publishing and printing companies to offer unique and aesthetically pleasing products. - **Art and Design:** The fusion of art and music in sheet music design provides artists and designers with new avenues to explore and showcase their talents. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Otamatone Sheet Music Guides](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/otamatunes.md) - [Portable Music Sketchbooks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/everglow1.md) - [Sheet Music Conversions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/melodyscribe.md) - [Tactile Interactive Music Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yamaha.md) - [Music-Inspired Enlivening Parks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orchestra-park.md) - [Interactive Multi Sensory Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jen-lewin.md) - [Teatime-Inspired Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/musical-tea-set-toy.md) - [Instant Music Sketchbooks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/everglow.md) - [Cheekily Creative Bookmarks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/illustrated-bookmarks.md)
