Designed by Stephane Perruchon the unit is portable and can be enjoyed either indoors in a ventilated space or outside on the patio. Ultra-modern frames in red, black or white hold the hanging fireplace burner, with steel cables fine enough so that they are almost invisible, yet strong enough to hold the burner. I absolutely adore the circular shiny red version and would love a table-top model. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.8/10 - Popularity: 79% | Activity: 86% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Suspended Fireplaces:** Opportunities for creating visually striking, portable and eco-friendly fireplaces to enhance indoor and outdoor living spaces. - **Portable Ethanol-burning Burners:** Innovations in safe, efficient, and low-maintenance ethanol-burning burners for fireplaces are well positioned to tap into the growing demand for eco-friendly heating solutions. - **Ultra-modern and Minimalist Designs:** Future trends in the fireplace industry may embrace the use of lightweight and visually appealing materials such as carbon fibers, and integrate design principles of modern and minimalist aesthetics. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Suspended fireplaces and portable ethanol-burning burners offer innovative and visually stunning heating solutions for interior designers and architects. - **Home Appliance:** There is a growing demand for eco-friendly and visually appealing heating solutions in home appliances.
