Under this partnership, upon completion of construction, the Qiddiya Gaming & Esports District is poised to serve as the prestigious venue for the Esports World Cup. Meanwhile, in 2024, Qiddiya City has been designated as the presenting partner for Esports World Cup ([EWC](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/esports-world-cup-2))'s Elite Player Lounge and the Qiddiya Esports Arena. The new space, dubbed the Elite Player Lounge, will be meticulously designed to offer EWC participants a dedicated space for training, relaxation, socializing, and match preparation.
