The e-scooters will have horns, bells, and a front and rear light for safety and users must be at least 16 years old and are required to wear helmets. The new e-scooter pilot program was implemented to help businesses grow while allowing commuters -- and potential consumers -- more choice, said Vijay Thanigasalam, Parliamentary Assistant to Caroline Mulroney, Minister of Transportation.
