Seriously, I think you guys are great and pretty much everything you do is awesome (we won’t talk about Rosie O’Donnell). Trust me, I have given serious thought about joining your ranks, especially after seeing Erin and Erica’s fantasy wedding. When I say fantasy, I don’t mean Dungeons and Dragons, I mean a [beautiful and meaningful ceremony and reception](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unique-wedding-venues), and an amazing setting. I kind of wish I had an invite to Erin and Erica’s [fantasy nuptials](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/celebrateally-ai1). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.3/10 - Popularity: 71% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 10% men, 90% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Weddings](https://www.trendhunter.com/weddings) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Same-sex Weddings:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create inclusive wedding venues, services and packages for same-sex couples focusing on individuality and preferences. - **Wedding Destinations:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop stunning and affordable wedding destinations for couples to bring their wedding visions to life. - **Personalized Weddings:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Offer personalized wedding planning and coordination services that cater to the unique preferences and needs of each individual couple. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Wedding Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Pioneering all-inclusive wedding services with specific focus on same-sex weddings. - **Tourism and Travel Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Establishing new travel and hospitality businesses that offer packages for destination weddings in exotic locations. - **Technology Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Developing innovative digital wedding planning tools and platforms for couples to plan and execute their own weddings seamlessly. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Unique Wedding Services](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-on-the-ledge.md) - [$290 Leap Year Weddings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/290-leap-year-weddings.md) - [Dairytale Bridal Tributes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/disney-wedding-dresses-1.md) - [Laundry-Themed Nuptial Events](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lg-launderette-of-love.md) - [LGBTQ+ Wedding Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/skyy-says-i-do.md) - [Winery-Curated Wedding Packages](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wedding-packages.md) - [Low-Cost Distillery Weddings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/distillery-wedding.md) - [Pop-Up Outdoor Weddings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chaco-wedding.md) - [Dip-Themed Wedding Ceremonies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dip-themed-wedding.md)
