The clones in Inci's artwork seemingly terrorize Turkey by flooding the streets. A veritable army of black-hooded hooligans is seen marching in unison. The clone GIFs are currently on display in Naples's Action Gallery. Each image serves to transform a simple situation into a shiver-inducing artwork. By looping himself over and over, Inci completely changes the intentions behind a simple action. Something like a man sliding down a railing suddenly becomes an endless gang dominating a neighborhood. Self-described as a video artist, Inci used his experience as a freelance videographer to create the GIFs. In one artwork, Inci used [light art techniques](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/psychoacoustic-light-ensemble) to make a wave of clones and light attack Turkey. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 44% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Infinite-loop Art:** Inci's use of GIF animations opens up the possibility of creating infinite-loop art that transforms mundane situations into mesmerizing and shiver-inducing works of art. - **Cloning and Replication:** Through cloning and replication techniques, the potential to create army scenes that offer a wide range of interpretations in art opens up. - **GIF Art:** The combination of art and technology creates new opportunities for digital art and GIF animations. ### Where This Applies - **Arts and Entertainment:** The art industry can take advantage of the opportunities to incorporate new technology and innovation to create mesmerizing digital art pieces. - **Technology:** The innovation of GIF animations and looping technology opens up research and development of more advanced technologies. - **Marketing and Advertising:** The use of GIF animations can be employed to attract more eyeballs to online content and marketing messages in a creative and engaging way. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Desktop GIF Displayers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cyber-cube.md) - [Whimsical AI Portraits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clayify.md) - [AI Video Cloning Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-twins.md) - [Colossal AI Artworks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-artwork.md) - [AI-Fuelled GIF Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-gif.md) - [Thought-Provoking Interactive Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antibodies-installation.md) - [Self-Expression Encouraging Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/new-window.md) - [Robotic Digital Surveillance Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/accept-all.md) - [AI-Generated Real-World Transformations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-generated-world.md)
