Italian brand [Erbe](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gininfused-panettone) launched its first bottling, Lime & Sage, featuring pure spring water from the Italian Alps, sage from Piedmont and limes sourced from Sicily. Erbe founder and CEO Gerbe Suttels explains, "I created a gin called ‘Erbe.’ By blending my name Gerbe with the Italian word for herbs, this gin captures the very essence of the country I adore."
