Unistellar introduces a new look at its [eVscope eQuinox 2](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/evscope-equinox-2) that was unveiled during CES this year. It is a consumer-grade telescope that is able to connect directly to users' smartphones or [iPads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neo-line). It is able to capture images using its sensors and then filter out any light pollution, transferring the visuals to the connected device.

The [smart telescope](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dwarf-mini) is designed specifically for city use, as it is able to capture a more clear image of the starry skies by filtering out light. It also has a darker setting that aims to work better in urban spaces. The eVscope eQuinox 2 is connected to its own app that has a database of over 5000 celestial items to select from.
