Eolian2 solely depends on solar power and its efficiency will be officially tested at the Atacama Solar Challenge, which will take place between September and October 2011. Eolian2 contains solar cells on its surface to power the entire car, enabling it to achieve a maximum speed of 130 kilometers an hour.
