According to Tesla founder Elon Musk, this new entry-level Model 3 will cost just $35,000 and will feature a midrange battery pack. The idea of a midrange battery may turn off some consumers but the vehicle is very capable and can deliver 220 miles of range. The Model 3 will be available in five colors, will feature 18-inch wheels and the interior will come with what Tesla considers a "premium" interior. This means the car will come with 12-way powered and heated front seats, auto-dimming heated mirrors, LED fog lights, panoramic roof, an unbranded audio system, navigation with traffic and Tesla's usual wireless software updates that are valid for one year.
