# Sculptural Hankie Dispensers The Eninal Tissue Case is a Super-Sized Artistic Box for Kleenexes By Cammilyn Scott | Published 2011-06-05 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eninal-tissue-case-is-an-art-piece References: [gnr8.biz](http://www.gnr8.biz/europe/product_info.php?products_id=1022) & [fift.jp](http://fift.jp/project/eninal/tissuecase/) The eninal tissue case by Fift is a hanging canvas tissue dispenser. The tissue is placed behind the canvas and then hung on a wall, creating an abstract piece of art. Each time you dispense a tissue, a warped shape transforms into a unique sculpture; the piece changes slightly as it drops a picturesque shadow against the wooden canvas. Each frame is handmade and numbered by Japanese craftsmen. The Eninal tissue case is an art piece created out of a functional, usable everyday item. The design was comprised by husband and wife duo Katsunari and Ami Igarshi at their Tokyo-based design studio. The Eninal tissue case is available at gnr8 Europe, and would make a beautiful sculptural addition to any wall. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 47% | Activity: 4% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Canvas Tissue Dispensers:** Opportunity for creating innovative and artistic ways to dispense tissues using canvas materials. - **Functional Art Pieces:** Potential to combine everyday items with artistic designs to create unique and visually appealing products. - **Handmade Decorative Accessories:** Demand for handmade, numbered decorative accessories that blend functionality with artistic elements. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor:** Opportunity for home decor companies to offer unique and artistic tissue dispensers as decorative accessories. - **Art and Design:** Potential for artists and designers to explore innovative ways of incorporating everyday items into their artwork. - **Craftsmanship:** Demand for skilled craftsmen to create handmade, numbered decorative accessories with functional features. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Stylish Tissue Box Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tissue-box-cover.md) - [Designer Tissue Box Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scotties-and-house-home.md) - [Rice Straw Tissue Packaging](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/third-size-tissue-box.md) - [Wall Art Umbrella Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/justin-case.md) - [Artfully Sculptural Incense Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aw030001na.md) - [Art Doodle-Collaborative Napkins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tissue-box-collection.md) - [Sculptural Mixed-Media Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folded-echoes.md) - [Sculptural Towel Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tangled-joe.md) - [Sculptural Incense Burners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nuvolino.md)
