This English-style tiny house is a charming home located in Bristol, England that was created by the owner for an impossibly low cost that allows him to live in a [debt-free manner](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/affordable-housing-prototype).

The home was built by 20-year-old Tom Lear who started building the dwelling when he was just 17 on his grandparent's property using as much [reclaimed materials](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nature-pod) as possible. The home was built by Lear from scratch and ended up costing him just £6,000 (around $8,000) thanks to his carpentry background that allowed him to do a lot of the work himself.

The English-style tiny house is well-appointed with everything required for comfortable daily living including a cozy seating area with a TV and fireplace, a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, sleeping loft and more.
