While Soundracer has developed engine sound simulator products before, what makes the new Electric Vehicle Electronic Engine Sound System (EVEESS) unique is the fact that it has the ability to be mated to your electric vehicle, as its name suggests. One of the problems with electric vehicles is that they're often so silent that they can catch pedestrians of guard. The EVEESS engine sound simulator therefore solves two problems, as it doesn't just enhance the safety of drivers and pedestrians, but also gives motorists the thrill of producing an engine snarl that will capture pedestrians' attentions for all the right reasons. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.3/10 - Popularity: 25% | Activity: 67% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Electric Vehicle Sound Simulators:** Opportunity for sound simulator companies to develop products that enhance the driving experience and safety of electric vehicles. - **Enhancing Electric Vehicle Safety:** Innovative solutions like the EVEESS engine sound simulator that help address safety concerns related to silent electric vehicles. - **Electrification of Muscle Car Sounds:** Potential for technology advancements in engine sound simulators to recreate the sound of powerful engines in electric vehicles. ### Who This Affects Most - **Automotive Accessories:** Opportunity for companies in the automotive accessories industry to develop and market engine sound simulator products for electric vehicles. - **Electric Vehicle Manufacturing:** Incorporating engine sound simulators as a standard feature in electric vehicles can enhance the safety and driving experience for customers. - **Pedestrian Safety Technology:** Development of engine sound simulators contributes to the advancement of pedestrian safety systems for electric vehicles. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Engine Simulating Scooter Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/segway-engine-wireless-speaker.md) - [Studio-Branded Vehicle Sound Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/abbey-road-sound-system.md) - [Electrified Retro Sports Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retro-sports-car.md) - [Effect-Emitting Guitar Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/guitar-gadgets.md) - [Supercar-Inspired Sound Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/esavox.md) - [Vintage All-Electric Restomods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quintessenza-rs.md) - [Intuitive Car Audio Software](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/car-audio-software.md) - [Inaugural Electric Muscle Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/charger-daytona-srt.md) - [Electrified Classic Saloon Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/saloon-car.md)
