The app is much needed seeing as how apps and services on your phone are walled off and work completely independent of one another. For example, if you're texting somebody and making plans to meet at a pub, the Emu app will display a map showing you how to get there without you having to exit the text messaging service and open a map app. Emu can also show you [Yelp](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-yelp-assistant) reviews of the establishment as well as other pertinent information. The app can tell when you're talking about a potential action, and will help make it easier for you to carry out that task without having to switch been apps and exchange tons of text messages. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.0/10 - Popularity: 3% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Mobile](https://www.trendhunter.com/mobile) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Context-aware Apps:** Context-aware apps like Emu streamline different phone services, creating a seamless phone experience. ### Where This Applies - **Mobile Technology:** Mobile technology industry can leverage context-aware apps to enhance user experience and integration between services. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Emotional Support Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emotitalk.md) - [All-in-One Productivity Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-everything-app.md) - [Smart Scheduling Assistants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/texttoevent.md) - [Cohesive App Interfaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/native-ai.md) - [Contextual Email Automation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/contextgram.md) - [AI-Powered Socialization Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bu-app.md) - [Feature-Rich Airport Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/byair-app.md) - [Personal AI Companions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omi-ai-companion.md) - [Interactive Travel Map Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/proxi-travel-app.md)
