Reserva rum from Eminente is recommended for enjoying alone, over a lot of ice, or mixed with freshly roasted coffee to make a Carajillo beverage. Eminente Reserva was matured in white oak whiskey barrels with the resulting liquid then blended and aged again with light Cuban rum. The youngest maestro ronero in Cuba made the bottling from a mixture of aguardientes, also known as molasses-based Eaux-de-vies distilled to a 75% ABV.
