[Emersense](http://emersense.org/) is a social enterprise based in Vienna, Austria that has been supporting social entrepreneurs since 2007.

Similar to co-working spaces that nurture social innovation -- like the [Co-Creation Hub](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/co-creation-hub) in Nigeria and the [Centre for Social Innovation](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/centre-for-social-innovation1) in Toronto, Emersense offers workshops and a community that fosters the development of new ideas. They also belong to the Hub Vienna, part of the international [Hub Network](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-hub-network). The also put on the Solution conference each year, an educational experience that brings together students, graduates and other young leaders to collaborate on ideas that will make a positive difference.

Being rooted in innovation, the non-profit keeps its approach dynamic, which allows them to stay current.

"Rather than being defined by an initial strategy, plan or concept, emersense has become an evolving idea and venture – grown through actions, shaped by stories and directed by intention," it says on the website.
