Though the health of our pelvic floor muscles isn't a widely-discussed concern, Goodwin Hartshorn co-founder Richard Hartshorn informs us that one in three women will one day have an issue relating to their pelvic floor muscles. The Elvie device is a simple way to stay ahead of the curve. You insert the body of the Elvie much like a tampon. A thinner, tail-like apparatus curves outside of the body, resting on the top of the vagina.
