The Vogue Germany June 2014 editorial featuring Elodia Prieto showcases the model atop a horse while posing before a ranch. The equestrian motifs present in this series were captured and delivered by photographer Ward Ivan Rafik who enabled wild grass and open waters to take on a fashionable appeal.
Stylist Claudia Englmann made this production appear high end and opulent in spite of the rural site in which it was located. Upscale lingerie was paired by Englmann with lace pieces, tight skirts and cardigans, certainly a far car from the outfits that one would typically find on a similar farm.
While Prieto appeared on the whole prim and proper, Englmann mixed up the lot with a patchy leather jacket, adding further edge to this daring Vogue Germany set.
