Elke Vogelsang gets up close and personal in her latest series, with her dogs positioned as near to the camera as possible. She's managed to capture each canine in a cute position, showing off mainly their noses. It's amazing to see the amount of detail she manages to find in each nose - much more than one would think even exists. Viewers can even see the moisture coming off the snout in certain photos. For [pet photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/petpic-ai), Elke Vogelsang merges hilarious concepts (focusing on a [dog's nose](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-training)), with incredible detail, making these images works of fine art. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 90% | Activity: 59% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/pets) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Pet Photography:** Opportunity to disrupt traditional pet photography by highlighting unique features like the nose. - **Macro Photography:** Opportunity to disrupt traditional photography by focusing on small details like animal features. - **Humorous Conceptual Photography:** Opportunity to disrupt traditional photography by incorporating humor into fine art photography. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Pet Care:** Opportunity to disrupt the pet care industry by incorporating unique photography services. - **Fine Art:** Opportunity to disrupt the fine art industry by incorporating humorous pet photography into gallery exhibits. - **Publishing:** Opportunity to disrupt the publishing industry by incorporating humorous pet photography into children's books and other publications. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pet-Taken Camera Initiatives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heartography.md) - [Custom Pet Portraits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portrait-mom.md) - [Pet-Inspired Perfumes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/velvetail-perfumes.md) - [Pet-Inspired Perfumes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tamburins-sunshine.md) - [AI Pet Portraits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drawmypet.md) - [Dog-Themed Puzzles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dogthemed-puzzle.md) - [Canine Sniffing Workshops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sniff-n-seek.md) - [AI Pet Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pet-lens-ai.md) - [AI Pet Photo Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pawfoto.md)
