The [pet fountain](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dockstream-2-smart-fountain) features a [pump-less design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bottle-bottle) that's powered by MagDrive technology to push the water upwards and keep it flowing as a way to stimulate a cat's natural drive. The unit thus allows cats to drink naturally, while the battery-powered design eliminates electricity leakage and will deliver up to 30-days of use per charge. The Elfin Fountain has a stainless steel water tray to keep it cleaner between uses and has a quiet operation to ensure it fits well within the modern home.
