The home itself is situated on an 8.5-meter long trailer that offers a floor space of 32 square meters. However, this compact area is clearly not mutually exclusive with plenty of space, a unique achievement made possible by the inclusion of an [elevator bed](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ivy-tiny-house). The bed is attached to a motorized track and can be moved up and down at the flip of a switch, as well as by a hand-operated lever. When the bed is placed in elevated mode, homeowners can take advantage of the generous space that appears below it. With the simple inclusion of a single, intelligently designed design element, Tru Form Tiny has managed to create a tiny home that offers the advantages of a [compact dwelling](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/levi-kelly) as well as the kind of flexible, multipurpose space typically associated with conventional homes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.5/10 - Popularity: 19% | Activity: 79% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Elevated Towable Tiny Homes:** A trend of designing tiny homes with elevated features, such as an elevator bed, to optimize space and create versatile living environments. - **Multipurpose Space Design:** A trend of incorporating creative and flexible design elements, like a motorized bed on a track, in order to maximize the utility of limited space in small dwellings. - **Compact Living Solutions:** A trend towards developing innovative solutions for compact living, such as towable tiny homes with unique features like an elevator bed, to meet the demands of a growing market seeking efficient and versatile housing options. ### Where This Applies - **Tiny Home Construction:** The tiny home construction industry can explore opportunities in incorporating elevated features, like an elevator bed, into their designs to offer unique and highly functional living spaces. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can tap into the demand for multipurpose space design by creating innovative furniture solutions, such as motorized beds on tracks, that optimize space in small dwellings. - **Real Estate Development:** Real estate developers can capitalize on the trend of compact living solutions by investing in the development of towable tiny home communities that offer unique and space-saving features, like the Urban Payette with Elevator Bed. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Single-Floor Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quadrapol-capucine.md) - [Spacious Sleek Compact Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/urban-park-max.md) - [Rooftop Terrace Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxury-tiny-house.md) - [Space-Saving Compact Portable Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kootenay.md) - [Compact Dual‑Loft Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gunyah.md) - [Inversion Living Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiny-getaway.md) - [Space-Saving Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/levi-kelly.md) - [Ultra-Efficient Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hirondelle-tiny-house.md) - [Modular Tiny Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vettel-haus.md)
