The eLEGS exoskeleton grants the biggest wish a paralytic could ever make: the ability to walk again after being paralyzed from the waist down.

Developed by Berkeley Bionics, the eLEGS exoskeleton is currently being readied for clinical trials. According to New Scientist, it "is specifically designed as a rehabilitation device to help restore walking function to people with spinal cord injuries, as well as improving blood circulation and digestion," rather than for augmenting human strength like similar exoskeletons.
