The scooter features a sleek industrial form that features batteries in the bottom where they can be easily detached and replaced by a robotic system. This acts as a safer way for operators to keep up to seven battery packs in use to accommodate quick swapping when power runs out. The D05 Electric Delivery Scooter concept is accented by a set of hubless wheels and pops of neon color throughout to help play on the otherwise silver and black aesthetic. The scooter also incorporates two storage sections with one on the front and another on the side-rear for stowing deliveries. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 58% | Activity: 11% | Freshness: 22% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) > [Transportation](https://www.trendhunter.com/transportation) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Swappable-battery Transportation Solutions:** Innovative transportation solutions incorporating swappable batteries offer a convenient and efficient way to extend operating time. - **Robotic Battery Replacement Systems:** The integration of robotic systems for battery replacement in vehicles streamlines maintenance and enhances user experience. - **Hubless Wheel Designs:** Hubless wheel designs add a futuristic and visually striking element to modern transportation concepts. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Electric Vehicles:** The electric vehicle industry can capitalize on swappable battery technology to enhance the convenience and accessibility of EVs. - **Logistics and Delivery Services:** The logistics and delivery industry can benefit from robotic battery replacement systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime. - **Industrial Design:** The industrial design sector has opportunities to explore hubless wheel designs as a unique and innovative feature in product development. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Utilitarian Cargo-Hauling Scooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scootility.md) - [Canopy-Covered Cargo Scooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cargo-scooters.md) - [Shareable Storage-Packed eScooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/along-electric-scooter-concept.md) - [Food Delivery eBike Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dvil-electric-bike-concept.md) - [Swappable Battery Electric Motorcycles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/honda-edax-mini-moto.md) - [Folding User-Friendly Urban Scooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-scooter-concept.md) - [Hybrid Design Electric Scooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prozui-electric-scooter.md) - [Long-Distance Electric Scooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prozui-electric-scooter-concept.md) - [Functional Urbanite Scooter Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/timo-electric-scooters.md)
