It is not an uncommon trend for games to be turned into Hollywood films and the latest to get adapted into a feature-length film is the [indie game](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/raiders-of-blackveil) El Paso, Elsewhere. The [third-person shooter game's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/total-chaos) adaptation has been reported to be led by LaKeith Stanfield. It is in talks that he will be starring and producing the film.

The game takes players on a journey in which they control a drug-addicted vampire hunter named James Savage, who is struggling with his previous toxic relationship and other monsters. He aims to track down his vampire ex-girlfriend who is the antagonist looking to end the world. The film will follow the same narrative, which has been noted by Deadline.
