Fannish design studio Yatofu collaborates with a group of [local and young craftspeople](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/design-next-agency) to design the [El Fant Café and Bar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/watchhouse-caf). It is located in Helsinki, Finland and the space comprises three front of the house across 70 square meters. It features a central bar that is joined by two fining spaces on both sides. There are elements that celebrate the traditional and futuristic ideas of Helsinki.

The studio shared with [Dezeen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kalevala) that it was intentional that Yatofu worked with young, talented, and local craftspeople on this project to allow them "to inject the space with fresh perspectives and a genuine connection to the community. By working with local craftspeople, we were able to explore new possibilities for local production and celebrate the creativity and innovation that defines the current generation of Finnish craftsmen."
