The man actually jumps, on roller blades no less, from 40 feet in the air onto a [wooden ramp](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rampitecture). The Eiffel Tower serves as the location for this [world recording breaking](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gac-group) [roller blade stunt](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/thrill-seeker-mega-lift-mascara), but that is hardly where your attention lies. Just watching the video actually makes me scared. The 40-foot eiffel tower skate jump would be hard to beat, seeing as he is brave enough to fly into the air without any sort of bungee cord, onto solid wood. The guy deserves a medal! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 76% | Activity: 98% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Sports](https://www.trendhunter.com/sports) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Extreme Sports:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop advanced safety equipment for extreme sports to minimize risks. - **Outdoor Adventure:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create unique and thrilling experiences at iconic landmarks to attract adventurous tourists. - **Live Action Stunts:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Offer immersive live action stunt shows that showcase breathtaking feats of bravery. ### Who This Affects Most - **Sports Equipment:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design and produce specialized equipment for extreme sports enthusiasts. - **Event Planning:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Organize daring live events that combine extreme sports with iconic locations. - **Entertainment:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop virtual reality experiences that simulate extreme sports adventures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Rugged All-Terrain Rollerblades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/allterrain-rollerblades.md) - [High Wire City Stunts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/philippe-petit.md) - [Elevated Urban Skate Venues](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aan-architects.md) - [Nature-Inspired Rooftop Skateparks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/qingdao-mixc-rooftop-skatepark.md) - [Motorized Electric Roller Skates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rollwalk-electric-roller-skates.md) - [Motor-Driven Jumping Robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elastic-band-robot.md) - [Thrill Ride-Topped Ultra-High Skyscrapers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-torch.md) - [Racing-Ready Electric Skateboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mach-one-electric-skateboard.md) - [Hybridized Electric Longboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hybridized-electric-longboards.md)
