The tabletop opens up to reveal [hidden napkins and cutlery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/taarof-table), while the bottom of Ego has everything from [storage cabinets for plates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/expand-furniture), racks for glasses and even a wine rack. While the Ego dining table serves as an efficient storage area, it still remains an aesthetically pleasing addition to your home. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.1/10 - Popularity: 61% | Activity: 85% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **All-in-one Furniture:** Furniture pieces that combine multiple functionalities offer space-saving solutions and can cater to the needs of small spaces. - **Integrated Storage:** Designing furniture that doubles as storage can promote organization and cleanliness while also saving space. - **Smart Design:** Furniture that incorporates smart design maximizes functionality and convenience within limited space. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture:** Innovation in furniture design can offer practical, space-saving solutions for modern homes. - **Home Decor:** Integrated storage for home decor items and furniture can appeal to consumers seeking practical and stylish options. - **Kitchenware:** Kitchenware brands can incorporate storage solutions in their product designs that fuse functionality with style. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wine-Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/placemat-hightop-table.md) - [Elegant Extending Dining Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/magnolia-extendable-dining-table.md) - [Modular Table Seatings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-table-and-chair.md) - [Subtly Smart Dining Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/etto-table.md) - [Compact Functional Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookmarker-table.md) - [Anthropomorphic Design Dining Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sideboard-dining-table.md) - [Effortless Glass Dining Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orbital.md) - [Multifuntional Modular Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-transformer-table.md) - [Collapsible Flatpack Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edo-side-table.md)
