The National Ecological Institute of South Korea is taking a shot at bio-dome architecture with this wild looking eco park. The Ecorium Project designed by SAMOO Architects is a large-scale nature reserve 33,000 square meters in size.

Although construction for the massive nature reserve has not yet begun, the Ecorium Project is a bold study in co-existing eco-systems and should provide some insight into the future of architecture and bio-diversity.

Implications - The rapid pace of urbanization in the modern world has led many individuals to feel a sense of loss or disconnection with nature. Businesses that can provide these consumers with similar or comparable experiences will see large returns. Consumers will likely invest products that allow them to encounter the environment in a convenient, urban location.
