Green is definitely the new black and even doll houses can be eco-friendly and sustainable. This model called, The [Modularean Eco House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-bv-system) was designed by an architect by the name of David Baker and built by Julianna Sassaman. There is no info on the materials used but it looks like wood played a big role in the design of this make-believe house and I can see what looks like a [solar panel on the roof](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-wanda). Any way, this doll house is so much cuter than the doll houses I used to play with up until last week. Just kidding.
