# Futuristic Waterfall Faucets The Easy Flow Intuitive Mixer Pours Water of the Perfect Temperature By Amelia Roblin | Published 2013-03-27 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/easy-flow-intuitive-mixer References: [behance.net](http://www.behance.net/gallery/EASY-FLOW-INTUITIVE-MIXER/2492507) What the Easy Flow Intuitive Mixer concept suggests is that you'll no longer need to fiddle with separate hot and cold handles, and nor will you need to position your hands with any great precision. This cutting-edge [bathroom tap](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kohler-billet) takes a broad U shape and gushes with refreshing liquid all along its cantilevered bar. The way that Jamie Zollo's [wall-mounted faucet](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathroom-faucet-creator) is hooked up to your plumbing system relies on hot water being drawn in from the left side and cool water coming in from the right. The two streams merge together inside the fixture, spewing from a series of vents. The Easy Flow Intuitive Mixer will cascade with fluid of an ideal temperature, and with the [aid of a sensor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chicago-faucet-company), the water escapes from the side of the tap where you wait with open hands. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.6/10 - Popularity: 96% | Activity: 94% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Intuitive Faucets:** Innovative design and sensors could further improve the ease of use and temperature control of faucets. - **Integrated Plumbing Systems:** More intelligent and integrated plumbing systems could make the installation and usage of bathroom fixtures more efficient. - **Sustainable Faucet Materials:** Eco-friendly materials like bamboo and recycled metals could be utilized in future designs of faucets and other bathroom fixtures. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Improvement Industry:** Companies in this industry could take advantage of advancements in faucet design and sensor technology to create products with greater ease of use and efficiency. - **Plumbing Industry:** Companies in this industry could incorporate more integrated plumbing systems into future designs to improve the overall functionality of bathroom fixtures. - **Sustainable Materials Industry:** Companies in this industry could partner with faucet manufacturers to provide sustainable and eco-friendly materials for the creation of bathroom fixtures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Motion-Controlled Smart Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-faucets.md) - [Enhanced Stylish Faucet Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omnibath.md) - [Touchless Smart Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-faucet-with-motion-control.md) - [Refined Dishwasher Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grifoa-sliding-faucet.md) - [Contemporary Sleek Mixer Taps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/botte-mixer.md) - [Sculptural Brass-Constructed Mixer Taps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/faro-mixer.md) - [Contactless Voice Assistant Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/huayi-smart-voice-control-faucet.md) - [Touch-Free Kitchen Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kraus-bolden.md) - [Designer Water Purifier Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lumos-water-purifier.md)
