# Rosary-Like Lighting The Earl Pendant Lamp by Llot Llov is Devoutly Romantic By Meghan Young | Published 2012-02-25 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/earl-pendant-lamp References: [design-milk](http://design-milk.com/earl-light-by-llot-llov/) & [llotllov.de](http://www.llotllov.de/product.htm) The Earl pendant lamp looks both romantic and religious. That might be a strange pairing, but its design is anything but strange. The lightness of each strand holds the romantic appeal while the way the ends loop together makes the entire light fixture look like a [wooden bead rosary](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nest-lamp). Designed by German design firm Llot Llov, the Earl pendant lamp is very versatile. It can be adjusted in a multitude of ways in order to shed light in specific areas or to be hung at a certain height to accommodate different ceiling and furniture measurements. The Earl pendant lamp boasts twenty wooden pearls. The largest one on the end of the thread holds the LED light source.
