Students from the [University of Karlsruhe](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/te1) have designed and developed a unique three-wheeler with a driver capsule. Named the E-Quickie, the vehicle derives energy from energy conductors on the ground. There are receivers placed under the car that take energy from tracks through electric induction.

The shell of E-Quickie is made from [lightweight carbon fiber](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/activcycle), ensuring optimal mobility. Check out the cute three-wheeler in the featured gallery.

**Implications** - As the importance of creating and establishing environmentally friendly products increases, so does the opportunity for companies to benefit by investing in them. A company or brand that attaches its name to a product with any eco-properties immediately engenders goodwill for its brand and commodities.
