The chair is characterized by its somewhat obscure design that can be used as an [upright stool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sitter-chair), a deeper office chair and even a [rocking chair](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/espattio-platero-rocking-table) for having a little fun between tasks. The multifunctional nature of the chair means it can be used in a range of ways, depending on the preferences of the sitter. The 'Dysta' chair is vibrantly finished with a yellow exterior, which gives it a distinctly eye-catching aesthetic that is perfect for placement at a workstation or in a living room for guests to interact with. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 87% | Activity: 60% | Freshness: 10% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Multifunctional Furniture:** Designing furniture that offers multiple uses or features can create exciting opportunities for innovation. - **Interactive Seating:** Creating furniture that invites people to actively engage with it could lead to new and exciting design possibilities. - **Personalized Comfort:** Providing options for users to adjust furniture to their comfort preferences is a direction for innovation in designing chairs and seating. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Design:** Designers and manufacturers can explore new forms of multifunctional furniture that offer playful versatility and user engagement. - **Office Furniture:** The office furniture industry can create playful alternatives to traditional chairs and seating options, providing new ergonomic and stylistic options for employees. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers and homeowners can incorporate interactive seating that adds a playful and customizable touch to personal or professional spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Simple Multifunctional Furniture Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chairpf.md) - [Adventurous Versatile Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flipster-seat.md) - [Modular Workspace Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/versatile-stool-design.md) - [Modular Upholstered Bright Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flipster.md) - [Contemporary Rocking Pouffe Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/platero.md) - [Naturalistic Grass-Inspired Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-flip-chair.md) - [Versatile Dynamic Armchair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dynamic-armchair.md) - [Transforming Child Stool Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flipflap-childrens-chair.md) - [Functional Decorative Rocking Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rool-stool.md)
