The bed frame maintains a [low-profile aesthetic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roundish-bed) that strikes balance between function and form, while also incorporating a number of tech accouterments into the mix. This includes reading lights on both sides along with a [USB charging port](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rooms-to-go-kids-cloud9) for powering up a smartphone, tablet or eReader. The Duoo Bed has a mid-century modern feel that doesn't skimp on comfort or function, which will make it well-suited to the needs of loungers and sleepers alike. The frame comes in several color options to make it a subtle or eye-catching piece within the room, depending on preferences. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.2/10 - Popularity: 88% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 10% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Tech-equipped Bed Frames:** Future bed frames will have advanced technology built-in. - **Convenient Bedside Tech:** More beds will include charging ports and other tech features. - **Couple-friendly Bed Designs:** Bed frames will be designed with individual amenities and shared features to satisfy couples. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** Companies in the furniture industry can pursue integrating technology into their products to remain competitive. - **Technology:** The technology industry could partner with furniture companies to integrate their technology into the furniture industry. - **Hospitality:** The hospitality industry can provide tech-enhanced bed frames to guests and attract customers who desire modern amenities during their stay. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Smartphone-Friendly Bed Frames](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/koble-designs-nodd-smart-bed.md) - [Sliding Desk-Equipped Beds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/boomerang-bed.md) - [Tech-Packed Bedroom Nightstands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-bedside-table.md) - [Tech-Rich Bedside Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hiinteriors-histand.md) - [Connected Multifunctional Nightstands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arc-sleep-nightstand.md) - [Blue Floating Bed Frames](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floating-bed-frame.md) - [Chic Curved Bed Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bedroom-furniture.md) - [Streamlined Function Bed Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/essential-bed.md) - [Ultra-Fast Bed Assembly Brands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/easy-setup-sustainable-made-in-canada-expandable.md)
