Each [ice cream sandwich](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fatboy-ice-cream-sandwiches) is then rolled in either rainbow sprinkles for the vanilla variety or chocolate sprinkles on the chocolate option along the edge for an additional touch of sweetness and texture. CEO Betsy Hamm spoke on the Duck Donuts Donut Ice Cream Sandwich saying, "This fun product emphasizes our commitment to innovation by looking at our core menu item in a brand-new way.
