The **Wave Tower** is the newest high rise building to be built in the city that has too much money. [A-cero Architects](http://www.a-cero.com) are incorporating the waves of the oceanfront property into the overall design of the place.

It is supposed to appear as if it is [floating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dubai-museum-of-art) and the gently rolling bridge connects it to the mainland. It will be 92 floors of luxury, complete with [indoor gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-sobha-skyparks).

"The tower stands like a stylized stem with a light torsion, creating the elegant movement that characterizes the project," according to [Dexigner.com](http://www.dexigner.com/architecture/news-g12672.html). "The base has the form of a pointed arch with smooth bends, imitating the shape of the waves in the Gulf Sea."
