# Tandem Dog Walking Leashes The Tangle Free Dual Dog Leash Makes Walking Two Dogs Easy By Laura McQuarrie | Published 2014-06-28 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dual-dog-leash References: [gizmodiva](http://gizmodiva.com/pets/tangle-free-dual-dog-leash.php) & [fancy](http://fancy.com/things/648891030082424796/Tangle-Free-Dual-Dog-Leash) The Tangle Free Dual Dog Leash is a handy one if you've got two dogs, since it will help prevent you from getting yourself in a rather cartoonish bind, as some animated characters seem to do when walking multiple dogs. The [pet leash](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nylon-leash) is designed with [retractable twin leads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cocoleash) that emerge from a durable plastic reel through separate openings. What makes the leash so handy is that the reel is capable of rotating a full 360 degrees, so no matter how much the dogs decide to run around in circles, there are no tangles created. Additionally, the device is ideal because it leaves your other hand completely free to do or carry other things. The leads are designed for dogs up to 30 lbs and comes in at about $50 on Fancy. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 46% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/pets) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Retractable Dual Dog Leashes:** Opportunity to create innovative retractable leashes that allow for tangle-free walks with multiple dogs. - **360-degree Rotating Dog Leash Reels:** Disruptive opportunity to develop dog leash reels with 360-degree rotation capabilities to eliminate tangles during walks. - **Hands-free Dog Walking Solutions:** Innovation potential in creating hands-free dog walking products that provide convenience and freedom for pet owners. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Pet Accessories Industry:** Potential for innovation within the pet accessories industry to develop tangle-free dog leashes and other innovative pet products. - **Outdoor Gear Industry:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in the outdoor gear industry by developing advanced dog leash solutions for adventurous dog owners. - **E-commerce Industry:** Innovative dog leash products can provide new opportunities for growth and sales within the e-commerce industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [All-in-One Rotating Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orbit-360-dog-leash.md) - [Hands-Free Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beltdog.md) - [Intuitive Intelligent Pet Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/intelligent-pet-leash.md) - [Cross-Body Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/extra-long-leash.md) - [Handsfree Canine Cyclist Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-bicycle-leash.md) - [Tape Measure Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scope-dog-leash.md) - [Ultra-Secure Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mui-magnetic-rope-leash.md) - [Multifunctional Customizable Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nylon-leash.md) - [Rope-Inspired Dog Leashes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rope-leash.md)
