Doosan Baek's 'Drop Light' is an incredible take on the [modern chandelier](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossom-chandelier). Each advanced LED lightbulb can be removed from the central lamp body, inverted and placed on a surface as its own [free-standing lamp](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/takeout-lamp).

Each 'drop' is charged while it's on the main lamp body, which essentially serves as the lighting version of a rack for glassware. The advanced LEDs that power each light are especially designed to prevent them from becoming too hot to handle.

Not only is Doosan Baek's 'Drop Light' a beautiful interpretation of [modern portable lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fsl-wireless), its design makes it ideal for emergency or blackout situations when a traditional flashlight isn't handy or runs out of batteries.
