The controller system is constructed with portability in mind and maintains the appearance of a mini command center that's outfitted with all essential controls. This includes knobs, buttons, sliders and joysticks, which are flanked by a display up top for keeping track of equipment location. The drone controller concept is the design work of Martin Lezana and Alan Fornari, and is capable of being worn over the body via a harness. This will keep the various components upright and accessible, while also allowing for the operator to move freely as they manage the equipment. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 39% | Activity: 26% | Freshness: 12% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Intuitive Drone Operation:** Designing drone controller concepts with intuitive operation in mind to provide users with an advanced experience. - **Portability and Miniaturization:** Innovating drone controller systems with a focus on portability and miniaturization, providing ease of use and convenience. - **Wearable Technology in Drone Operation:** Incorporating wearable technology into the design of drone controller systems, allowing operators to move more freely while managing equipment. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Drone Manufacturing:** Drone manufacturers can leverage the trend of intuitive drone operation to design drone controller systems that offer an advanced experience. - **Consumer Electronics:** Consumer electronics companies can focus on developing drone controller concepts with a focus on portability and miniaturization, providing ease of use and convenience to consumers. - **Wearable Technology:** Wearable technology companies can explore the trend of incorporating wearable technology into the design of drone controller systems, providing more ease of movement to operators. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Gaming-Style Drone Controllers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orqa-fpvctrl.md) - [Wearable Gesture Control Remotes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/universal-wearable-controller.md) - [4G Drone Remote Controllers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drone-remote-controller.md) - [Wireless Drone Control Headsets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dji-goggles-integra.md) - [Collaboration Concept Photography Drones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dji-x-gopro-fpv-cncpt.md) - [Modular Gaming Controller Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multiverse-controller.md) - [Ergonomic Customization Gaming Controllers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/customizable-gaming-controller.md) - [VR-Compatible Gaming Controllers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/game-start-gaming-controller.md) - [Intercity Cargo Delivery Drones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dji-express.md)
