Measuring 5.5-inches high by 3-inches wide and 2-inches deep, these droid shakers are so detailed, that they're more miniature replicas than they are salt and pepper shakers. The salt shaker is modelled after the beloved R2-D2 which has appeared in all six Star Wars movies, while the pepper shaker is modelled after the lesser known R2-Q5. Filling the droid salt and pepper shakers is easy, just remove the plastic stoppers located at the bottom and fill them with your desired seasoning. The droid salt and pepper shakers are made from ceramic and are considered officially-licensed Lucasfilm merchandise. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.2/10 - Popularity: 10% | Activity: 17% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Media](https://www.trendhunter.com/media) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Themed Kitchenware:** Opportunity for companies to create fun and unique kitchenware with popular culture themes. - **Collectible Merchandise:** Opportunity for companies to create collectible merchandise of popular culture icons for fans. - **Detailed Miniature Replicas:** Opportunity for companies to create highly detailed miniature replicas of popular culture icons for fans and collectors. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Goods:** Companies in the home goods industry can diversify their product range through creating fun and unique kitchenware themed around popular culture icons. - **Merchandising:** Merchandising companies can create and distribute unique collectible merchandise of popular culture icons for fans and collectors. - **Toy Manufacturing:** Toy manufacturers can create highly-detailed miniature replicas of popular culture icons, such as the Star Wars droids salt and pepper shakers, for fans and collectors. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Real Life Cinematic Robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/g1t4m1n1-droid.md) - [Sci-Fi-Branded Special-Edition Earbuds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/audio-technica-r2-d2.md) - [Sci-Fi-Themed Hot Sauces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dark-side-hot-sauce.md) - [Sci Fi-Themed Popcorn Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/death-star-popcorn.md) - [Droid-Inspired Building Block Models](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-c3po.md) - [Festive Sci-Fi Building Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gingerbread-atat-walker.md) - [Dual Spice Shaker Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stui.md) - [MSG Shaker Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shaker-sets.md) - [Smart Automated Pepper Mills](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/black-rain.md)
