Roofie-detecting dishware may have been explored before, but the DrinkSavvy collection expands on the previous creations in order to target all the different ways a person can be susceptible to such a drug. In fact, the creators behind the DrinkSavvy collection are the ones responsible for the [Anti-Date Rape Straw](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antidate-rape-straw) that was released on the market last year.

Adding to that product, the DrinkSavvy collection is also comprised of [glassware, plastic cups and stirrers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/complete-bar-set). If a drink has been spiked, the dishes display red stripes all around their surfaces to visually warn the drinker before it's too late. Founder Mike Abramson knows all too well how easy it is to succumb to an innocent-looking [roofied drink at a bar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/podio-cup). It happened to him.
