As though modeled after the iron latticed design of the Eiffel Tower, each piece sports an intricate design that revolves around visually striking wire arrangements. Unlike the iconic tower, the design is nevertheless much more minimalist, which perfectly suits contemporary living spaces. Designed by London-based designer Kirsty Whyte for [Modus Furniture UK](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modus-architect), the Drew Table Range debuted during the Milan Furniture Fair. Made up of a meeting table, coat rack as well as high and low occasional tables, the series was impressively created using one continuous steel rod. Available in three powder coated finishes with glass tops, the Drew Table Range is at once [simple, sophisticated and sculptural](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightness-of-form). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 33% | Activity: 21% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Geometric Furniture Designs:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create furniture pieces with intricate wire arrangements inspired by geometric shapes and modern cities. - **Minimalist Living Spaces:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop furniture that embraces a minimalist design aesthetic to suit contemporary living spaces. - **Continuous Steel Rod Construction:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the use of one continuous steel rod to create furniture pieces that are both functional and sculptural. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate unique wire arrangements and geometric inspirations into the design of furniture pieces. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Cater to the growing demand for minimalist design solutions that enhance living spaces. - **Metalworking:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Experiment with the use of continuous steel rod construction techniques to create aesthetically appealing and structurally sound furniture. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Minimalist Metallic Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whisk.md) - [Playful Wavy Table Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wavy-table-design.md) - [Modern Colorful Premium Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/runda.md) - [Wire-Accented Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/line-series-furniture.md) - [Wireframed-Based Furniture Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lines-series.md) - [Minimalist Aluminum Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aluminum-furniture.md) - [Minimal Collaborative Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ash-furniture.md) - [Asymmetric Linework-Based Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/doodle-collection.md) - [Dynamic Strong Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sharp-table.md)
